You create and approve your content. The plan sets out the briefs, required materials and any work VVM will handle.

Updates & reporting

Your proposal states the check-in and reporting frequency. Reviews cover completed work, available performance data and next actions.

Fees & additional spend

The proposal separates the service fee from any advertising, creator placements or other third-party costs. Additional spend requires agreement in advance.

Marketing-only support leaves day-to-day OnlyFans operations with you. Full management adds only the account responsibilities listed in your agreement.

Fees & billing

Your proposal states the fee, how it is calculated, when it is paid and any additional costs. If a revenue share is proposed, the calculation explains how platform fees and refunds are treated.

Length & notice

Review any minimum term, notice period, exclusivity and the steps for ending the arrangement before signing. These are agreed individually and recorded in your proposal and agreement.

Scope & approvals

See exactly what VVM will handle, what needs your input and which decisions require your approval. Your content and creator identity remain yours.

Account access & handover

The agreement records the permissions needed to deliver the service and the handover arrangements if management ends.
